Once upon a time, Costco made a promise to the world that they would transition to a cage-free supply chain. . . That time was 8 years earlier. They were ignoring our calls like a bad first date so we created something that Costco couldn't ignore. 

UPDATE: Costco actually couldn't ignore it anymore. They "asked" the Humane Society to take down the microsite shortly after the launch because they received so many phone calls.
